LKF every year make a competition for ”best show dog of the year”. Our Aurelia participate this competition as a “best puppy of the year 2009″. We got 3rd (all breeds) pace in this competition from the 14 competitors and also we was awarded with presents on “Latvian Winner 2010 show”. Thank to LKF for presents and nice memories!

The Latvian Winner 2010 has passed by now and this are our news. There was 26 Samoyeds in total participating in the Show. The judge was from Denmark: Jorgen Hindse

Three of them where from our Kennel SM. We showed our Mommy – Beatris in Champions Class and her two children – Aurelia and Amore in Junior Class.
Amore had 6 other dogs to compete with, however our chances grew when one of them has not turned up. Nevertheless, Amore was the best male Junior Dog and took the 1st place, becoming the LATVIAN JUNIOR WINNER 2010.  He was slightly overtaken in the next round and came only second in the Best male of the breed. He lost to an awesome looking Estonian male.
Similar scenario awaited Aurelia, she had 6 competitors, one of them has not turned up. She also became the LATVIAN JUNIOR WINNER 2010 and took second place in the next round Best Bitch of the breed. She lost to an Estonian Bitch who is an Inter-Champion alread. Beatris was 2nd best in class and followed her daughter as third after Estonian bitch and Aurelia, after all getting a CACIB as the 2 bitches in front did not need it.
